up to +3.6V and requires pull down to less than 1V for unit to start timing or to reset unit. Low Speed input should be used with relay input to reduce contact bounce problems. The high speed input would be used with TTL, CMOS, open collector NPN transistor or magnetic sensor. External pull up required for open collector transistor. Maximum signal input: +28VDC
